Is the Free plan really free forever? ▾
Yes! The Free plan has no time limit. You get 1 user, 10 bench candidates, and 5 vendors — forever, no credit card required. Upgrade only when you need more.
What is the 90-day free trial? ▾
When you sign up for the Starter or Growth plan, you get full access for 90 days completely free. No credit card needed. After 90 days, you can choose to subscribe or downgrade to the free plan.
Do I need a credit card to start? ▾
No credit card is required for the Free plan or the 90-day trial. You only need to add billing when you choose to subscribe after the trial period ends.
Can I switch plans later? ▾
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrading is instant. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal date. You can also go back to the Free plan at any time.
Is pricing per user or flat? ▾
BenchHQ uses flat pricing — not per-user. Starter is ₹2,499/month for up to 5 users. Growth is ₹5,999/month for up to 25 users. This is much more affordable than per-user tools like Ceipal ($24/user/month).
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, and net banking. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
